What is your return policy?

The FDA does not allow the return of used products to inventory, so please purchase samples (where applicable).

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes - to Kansas residents only.

Can I buy Gift Certificates?

Yes - you can purchase a GC for $25 or $50. You can print it yourself to give in person, or you can have it emailed to the recipient. Gift Certificates do not expire.

What do you charge for shipping in the USA?

We ship via USPS at the following rates:

What would be the rate for international shipping?

We will ship internationally. Contact us with the products you would like to order and we will email you an invoice through PayPal for products and shipping. You then will be able to pay securely with a credit card.

Can I place an order online and have it shipped someplace other than my address?

Yes. During the checkout process you will be asked if the shipping address is different from yours.

Do you pay for insurance on shipped orders?

No. If you would like to have your order shipped insured, include a note on the shopping cart page when you check out. We will send you an email PayPal invoice for the additional insurance fees. Every order is shipped with a delivery confirmation number at no additional cost to you. You will receive this confirmation number by email when your order has been shipped.

What if I receive my order and the contents are damaged?

If you paid to have your order insured, take your package with the damaged contents to the nearest United States Post Office and make a damage claim.

If you did not purchase insurance and have damages to products due to improper packaging, contact us within 24 hours by email or call 316-425-5757 and leave your name and phone number and someone will return your call.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After allowing 3 business days to process your order, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 days of shipping date. Need to rush your order? Just make a note in the shopping cart checkout page (in the provided message box) that you would like to rush this shipment and we will adjust shipping fees accordingly. Just let us know if you need it shipped Overnight or Second Day Air.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What other forms of payment do you accept for orders?

We accept personal checks and money orders. Please note personal checks must clear our bank before your order will ship. This is typically 7 days. Simply download and print an order form and check off the items and sizes (where appropriate). Fill in your name and mailing address where you would like us to ship, then fill in the payment information and mail to our company address:

You can mail your payment or request to be invoiced via PayPal so you can pay with a debit/credit card or your PayPal funds. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your payment is received.

I have a Forever Minerals Consultant. Can I order online and give her credit for the order?

Yes. When you fill in your name and address there will be a text box for you to enter your consultants name so they will be given credit for the order.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Our natural products work best when used within three to six months of purchase. Be sure to tightly close all bottles and jars immediately after use. Exposure to air may cause the product to oxidize, shortening the shelf life considerably. To keep your product fresh and hygienic, always use a spatula or wooden craft stick to remove creams or butters from jars.

How should I store Forever Minerals?

These products should not be exposed to direct sunlight, extreme heat, cold or frequent temperature changes. Store them in a cool dry place.

Are the colors and shades of makeup on your website exact?

Colors on the internet are subject to a monitor's color calibration. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is 100% true to the color of our products. We offer sample size foundations for just $3.00 each.

These handmade skin care products have been formulated with natural botanicals and other natural ingredients. Accordingly, you may notice color, clarity and consistency variations. These variations are the result of natural variations in the raw materials and do not affect the effectiveness of the products. Please observe the above usage and storage guidelines to maximize the shelf life of these natural products.

Is animal testing done on any of your products?

No. Forever Mineral Crushed products and Forever Mineral Skincare products are hand-formulated in the USA. No animal testing is ever done.
